I launched Utkoma to work with small and medium sized businesses and owners on a retained or project basis to improve their sales, marketing and commercial performance.
Using my experience and the proven processes gained from working with FTSE 100 companies, large private businesses and start-ups during my career, I help SMEs deliver and apply best practise sales, marketing and commercial models that work for your business, growth plans and budget.
How I Work With Your Business
I can work in a number of ways to support you and your team. If you’re a larger business with a sales and marketing team in place then I can support them with an external view, fresh ideas and working input.
If you’re a smaller business that can’t yet justify a full time salary for your sales and marketing activity, I can work on a retained basis from as little as 2.5 hours per week to a full day per week to ensure your sales and marketing output gains momentum.
My Career
During my career I worked for businesses including Compass Group, OCS Group, David Lloyd Leisure and Live Company Group across a range of sectors covering facilities management, catering & hospitality, health & leisure and events.
Across this period I worked on many successful sales and commercial projects ranging from £50k to over £100m in value across their contract terms, working closely with all departments from finance to operations to ensure the new business could be and would be delivered effectively and on budget.
What Can I Do For Your Business?
Everything from sales proposals, tenders and sales pipeline lead generation to website maintenance, social media and pay-per-click advertising to ensure you have a strong pipeline of inbound enquiries that turn into new clients and sales.
Most of this work is delivered by myself and I ensure that I explain to my clients what I’m doing and how it works in simple terms so they know my time is invested wisely. I also work with a small team of trusted professionals for services including video, photography, mentoring and financial expertise.
